Gearbox Full Throttle

LOCATION

From the A2 you are within 5 minutes at Central Studios, Gietijzerstraat 3-5 In Utrecht. Central Studios Utrecht is approximately a 30-minute drive from Schiphol Airport.

PARKING

There is a private (paid) car park opposite the location.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Central Studios is a five-minute walk from Utrecht Zuilen station. Trains stop four times an hour from Amsterdam and Utrecht Centraal.

TICKETS

With a positive mind the ticket sales for Gearbox – Full Throttle will start Saturday 20th February at 12:00 noon sharp.
Due to the uncertain situation regarding the covid 19 measures, we now only ask for a deposit of 10,- ex fee
After you’ve secured your ticket, there are two options:

✅ Gearbox – Full Throttle can take place: when we are 100% sure that Gearbox – Full Throttle will take place on the scheduled date, you will receive an email with more information about your ticket(s) and the option to pay the rest amount of the ticket (Early bird = €19,95 ex. fee). After fulfilling the complete payment you will receive your ticket(s).
⛔ Gearbox – Full Throttle can’t take place: when Gearbox – Full Throttle can’t take place you will receive the reimbursement of your deposit of €10 (ex. service fee) back into your account within 10 days.

What if I make a deposit and I cannot make it?
When can’t take place on the scheduled date, we directly offer a refund of your deposit (on request). When Gearbox - Full Throttle does take place on the scheduled date, it’s not possible to request a refund.

What if I am not allowed to travel to the Netherlands on the Gearbox - Full Throttle date due to travel restrictions?
In the event that your own government forbids you to travel abroad or there is an entry ban in the Netherlands and you have bought a ticket / paid a deposit for Gearbox - Full Throttle, you have the option to request a refund immediately, transfer the de into voucher or to keep your ticket / deposit for the next edition of Gearbox - Full Throttle

What happens if I fail to pay the rest of the amount?
If the remaining payment for your ticket(s) is not paid on time, you did not meet the financial obligation and your right to a ticket or refund of the amount already paid will lapse.

When do I have to pay the full amount for my tickets?
When we now for certain that Gearbox - Full Throttle will go ahead on the scheduled date, all ticket buyers will receive a personal email with more information about their tickets and the payment of the remaining amount.

LOCKERS

At this stage it’s only possible to buy a ticket with a deposit. When we know for certain that will Gearbox – Full Throttle will go ahead it will be possible to purchase lockers tickets.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age for Gearbox – Full Throttle is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years of older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

DRUGS

The drugs policy at Gearbox is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed.
